2. Scope of Services
Our services include (but are not limited to):
- 2D/3D Animation Production
- Video Editing & Post Production
- Graphic Design & Illustrations
- Website UI/UX Animation
- Branding Visuals & Promotional Content
Custom project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or quotations.
3. User Obligations
By accessing our Services, you agree:
- To provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested.
- To not misuse, reproduce, or alter any content or tools from our platform.
- That you are at least 18 years old or accessing our Services under legal guardian supervision.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All original creative works developed specifically for a client are transferred in full ownership to the client upon project completion and final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Note: External assets (such as stock images, typefaces, sound effects, etc.) used within a project may retain third-party copyrights and are subject to their respective licenses.
We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly restricts this in writing.
5. Payment & Pricing
- All pricing for services is quoted in INR and subject to change without notice (except for ongoing contracts).
- Payments are due as per the milestones or timelines mentioned in the invoice or service agreement.
- Late payments may incur delays in project delivery or additional charges.
6. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a pre-defined number of revisions. Any revisions beyond that may be chargeable based on scope and effort. Final approvals must be made in writing to initiate delivery or closure.
7. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start of each project. While we aim to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen creative or technical challenges may result in reasonable adjustments.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a project has commenced, partial refunds may only be applicable based on work completed, unless otherwise specified. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Crayontoon Studios will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. We are not liable for third-party service outages, platform changes, or client-side delays affecting project success.
10. Confidentiality
All proprietary materials shared during a project remain confidential and will not be disclosed or reused without client consent. This includes brand assets, scripts, marketing strategies, and unreleased content.
11. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require integration of third-party plugins, platforms, or tools (e.g., YouTube, Google Fonts, Canva, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, security, or license terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
