At Crayontoon Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized creative solutions that align with your vision and objectives. As each project we undertake is tailored specifically to your brand and requirements, our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry practices.
1. Service-Based Projects
Our work involves creative consultation, time-intensive production, and personalized service delivery. Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once work has begun. However, we do make exceptions in the following situations:
a. Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a 100% refund under these conditions:
- The project has not started (no concept work or designs delivered).
- A written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order.
b. Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered if:
- Project milestones have been partially delivered.
- You are not satisfied with the direction despite multiple revisions (must be within agreed scope).
- A cancellation request is made within the first 7 days of project commencement.
Please note: Partial refunds are issued only after deducting hours already worked, resources used, and any third-party costs incurred.
2. Digital Products (Templates, Assets, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant-access files, all sales of downloadable assets are final and non-refundable, except:
- If the file is defective or corrupted and the issue is reported within 72 hours of purchase.
- If the product description misrepresents the item significantly.
In such cases, we may either:
- Offer a replacement or fix the issue.
- Provide a credit or partial refund.
3. Project Delays or Non-Delivery
If the project is not delivered within the agreed timeframe without valid communication or cause, clients are entitled to:
- A revision of the delivery timeline with a mutual agreement.
- A partial refund or service credit at our discretion in cases of prolonged delay.
However, no refund is provided if:
- Delays are caused by client inaction (missing inputs, late approvals, etc.).
- The scope of work has changed midway through the project.
4. Third-Party Assets & Licensing
If a refund is requested for a project that includes third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, music, plugins, or stock elements), we will deduct those costs from the refundable amount, as they are non-returnable and legally bound by their respective licenses.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@crayontoonstudios.com with:
- Your name and project reference number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if any)
Our billing team will review your case within 5–7 business days and respond with a resolution.
6. Disputes & Resolution
In case of disputes, we strongly encourage direct communication with our team to find a mutually acceptable solution before initiating any chargeback or external mediation.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the terms.
